I found the Maybach Exelero! Only one of these cars was made at a cost of $8 million back in 2005. What's interesting is the tyre was made first, and then an entire car was designed around it. The car was made fast and heavy on purpose to test the tyre. It's got a V12 Biturbo engine with 700HP and achieved a top speed of over 350km/hr! Special thanks to Mechatronik
